【運動人生】與洪永城將迎來小生命盼齊做運動 長跑女神梁諾妍:目標跑到80歲

運動改變人生,這句話放在洪永城太太梁諾妍(Inez)身上,絕對適用。模特兒出身的Inez過往因工作需要,為了維持纖瘦身材而開始跑步。由幾公里跑到半馬、全馬,Inez從跑步中尋找到樂趣,未來更希望能去世界各地繼續跑馬拉松,目標是跑到80歲。
除了幕前演出之外,熱愛運動的Inez曾是前香港女排青年軍成員,目前身兼跑步及健身教練,參與過世界各地多個馬拉松比賽,是一名長跑及馬拉松愛好者。

提起開始跑步的淵源,原來與Inez過往做模特兒有關:
很久之前是為減肥。因為以前做model一定要好瘦,就打算不如跑步。
當時有運動品牌每周一晚安排教練,為模特兒提供跑步及體能訓練,而Inez就是參與訓練的其中一位模特兒:
他們覺得這個女生很願意跑,然後就讓我去挪威參加半馬比賽。自此我由跑幾公里就跑到嘔,去到能完成10公里,再去跑半馬,然後到全馬。發覺跑步真是很大挑戰性,亦是很改變到我人生的一樣運動。

Inez表示,馬拉松需要詳盡訓練計劃,要定好每星期每一天要跑多久,所以跑步令她變得更有紀律,同時也為她帶來不少改變:
我之前經常說自己是垃圾,又多壞習慣,又無目標,又不知自己做甚麼,整天渾渾噩噩。當我接觸跑步後才發覺,原來人生是可以有目標,然後好想去做到。
Inez認為跑步令她成長,更直言運動是她生命一部分,一星期有5至6日都會接觸運動。而她印象最深刻是3年前一次參加芝加哥馬拉松的經歷,當時她為了創出個人最佳成績,將近兩、三個月時間瘋狂訓練,反而為她帶來很大壓力,甚至因訓練太辛苦而哭出來:
那次經歷後有所啟發,就算你做任何運動又好,就算是否比賽,其實真的不需要著重成績。你喜歡這件事,為何要逼到自己這樣盡,不如認真享受跑步。

現時的Inez懷孕8個月,問到最想跟BB講的一句話,她就希望BB快些出世,可跟媽咪一齊做運動。對於接下來的人生目標,Inez仍然離不開運動,甚至揚言要跑到老:
想繼續去世界不同的地方跑馬拉松,跑到80歲。
